Map of the world and first image of America from 1507

Martin Waldseemüller's world map of 1507 was the first map to depict the Western Hemisphere with the Pacific Ocean as a separate ocean. It is based on data collected during Amerigo Vespucci's 1501-02 voyages to the New World. In recognition of Vespucci's understanding that a new continent had been discovered, Waldseemüller christened the new lands "America". This is the only known surviving copy of the first edition of the map, of which 1,000 copies are believed to have been printed.

Sider Siderov, BySiderArt, Digital painting
Digital painting
is the creation of high-quality digital paintings in the form of an art file. By Sider Art paintings are created using a Wacom drawing tablet and the full wealth of brushes, pencils, airbrushes, painting and graphic techniques and last but not least Adobe's infinite color space and color management tools. Drawing pictures on a computer is a new, innovative and different way in which the artist expresses his creative inspiration and is in no way inferior to traditional drawing techniques. The essence of art is in the process of its creation, with the release of feelings and emotions and their transformation into harmony of color, graphics and taste. This entire process distinguishes digital painting from traditional reproduction which is a photograph or scan and print of an already created work.

Printing technology - Giclee
Giclee comes from the French word for "spray" and refers to printing with inkjet technology. Key to this is the use of high-quality archival pigment inks with the highest WIR rating for print resistance with the HP Design Jet printer series and the use of archival acid-free media (paper and canvas) with special coatings for this print. In addition to exceptional color accuracy, this type of print is rated to last over 100 years. This technique of reproduction of art in combination with the limited edition by the author, the quality and lasting image ranks next to the familiar - lithography, serigraphy, etc.
To reproduce the author's paintings, we use reproduction canvas of leading manufacturers: .......................................

The images are created by the author in fixed size that is judged to be the most suitable for the particular image. They are available printed on canvas and four options - canvas without a frame, canvas with a subframe, canvas with an outer frame light, canvas with an outer frame black. Size changes are possible after further clarifications.
