GENERAL TERMS
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the Sellers and the Users (customers) who use the electronic store www.menew.eu to purchase goods. By clicking on an object, picture, link (other than that of the General Terms and Conditions) or button located on the website www.menew.eu, it is considered that you accept or agree with the General Terms and Conditions described below. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) with the following website https://kzp.bg/, as well as with other legal acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. We inform you that from 09.01.2016 the electronic platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR platform) has been launched - its address is http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

1. DEFINITIONS
"SELLER" is the website www.menew.eu, which is managed by ZEBRA OOD and serves as a virtual platform for the sale of goods. The seller is the person with whom the User concludes a contract for the distance sale of a specific product (item) in the electronic store.
"USER" is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the electronic store.
"ELECTRONIC STORE" is the website www.menew.eu, which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between the SELLER and the USER, for ordering and buying and selling a specific good (item).

ZEBRA OOD is a limited liability company with EIC: 115543978, with its headquarters in the city of Plovdiv, Nestor Abadjiev Street No. 43B, which manages www.menew.eu and has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site, as well as the methods of access to him.
"ORDER" is the request made by the User to the electronic store for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The goods are packed and sent by courier or as additionally agreed with the User to an address previously specified by him in the order, after being approved by e-mail or telephone. Email approval is done by sending a confirmation email (electronic letter). Approval by phone takes place after a call from an employee of the online store for confirmation.

"SALE AGREEMENT" is the contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Seller and the User, concluded at a distance through this electronic store.

2. TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC STORE
2.1. Browsing the electronic store www.menew.eu is completely free and accessible from all points of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2.2. In order to shop at www.menew.eu, the User is provided with several options:
- By registering with email, password, name, address and phone number (with this method you can track your old orders)
- Shopping as a guest, after filling in all mandatory fields
- Quick login with Facebook or Google
2.3. ZEBRA OOD is a registered administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and has the right to collect, process and use the personal data of its users in view of the needs of the electronic store, while at the same time having the obligation to keep these confidential personal data, not to use them for other purposes, nor to provide them to third parties, except for Sellers in the store.
2.4. In the electronic store www.menew.eu, the price, the main characteristics of the product and additional information aimed at helping to make an informed choice when purchasing the product are indicated for each product
2.5. All prices indicated on the site are final, in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT (20%) and change according to the size/material/quantity of the product ordered.
2.6. On the page, next to each product, there is an "Add to cart" button. Pressing this button saves the selected product in the User's virtual shopping cart. By pressing the "User Cart" button, the user can browse the contents of the virtual shopping cart, add new products or remove those he does not want. After pressing the "Order" button, the customer's details, delivery details and a re-view of the virtual shopping cart appear. The order is activated by pressing the "Confirm order" button.

3. ORDER OF GOODS
3.1. In order to place an order to the electronic store, the User must specify:
3.1.1. a valid email address;
3.1.2. correctly filled in address for delivery of the goods and invoicing;
3.1.3. correctly filled contact details – two names, phone.
3.2. In the event that the ordered goods cannot be produced or are not available within the period desired by the client, the consultant shall notify the User. If the User does not agree to replace the order with another product, the order may be cancelled.
3.3. Orders in the online store www.menew.eu are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.4 The working hours of the consultants of the online store www.menew.eu are:
from Monday to Friday - from 09:00 to 18:00;
3.5 Cancellation of an order can be made by telephone or by e-mail to the e-mail address specified on the website - e-mail: www.menew.eu. For the refusal to be valid, the User must provide: the number of the order placed, the phone number left in the order, the two names with which he is registered on the site, the email address (e-mail) with which he is registered on the site, the price of the order .

DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS
4.1. Delivery of ordered goods is not carried out on Sundays and public holidays.
4.1.1. Ordinary delivery - within 5 (three) to 8 (eight) working days, unless otherwise specified for a specific product, from the moment of confirmation of the order.
4.2. Delivery is made to an address exactly specified by the User (regardless of whether residential or business) or to the office of a courier company.
4.4. Shipping prices are:
4.4.1. Orders for the territory of the country of - according to the rates of couriers EKONT, SPIDI, etc.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. For cash on delivery delivery by postal money order (PPP), which is payment of the delivery amount to the courier or at the office of the courier company upon receipt of the shipment, in cash. With the payment, the contract for the supply of goods is considered fulfilled by both parties.
ZEBRA OOD has a contract for this service with SPIDI. The current Public Register of operators licensed to perform the services under Art. 39 of the ZPU, you can see on the page of the Commission for the Regulation of Communications.
Do not forget to request and receive from the courier a Postal Money Order Receipt, which is a fiscal receipt and is a document for authentication and accounting of the payment.
5.2 Payment by bank transfer - The start of the delivery takes place upon receipt of the amount due to the specified account of ZEBRA OOD

6. WAIVER OF CONTRACT. COMPLAINT
6.1. The user has the right to claim or return the value of goods purchased from the electronic store in the event of a damaged or incorrectly delivered order.
6.2 Products made according to the Customer's individual dimensions /wallpapers, posters, paintings/ ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGE.
To request a return of the goods, the User must notify the Seller by phone (+359 894438723 or by e-mail sales@menew.eu )
6.2. The claim request must also include the customer's personal bank account - IBAN and BIC, to which the amount paid for the goods will be refunded, the claim amount is refunded only by bank transfer!
Amount for transport costs is not refundable!
The transport costs for return, exchange and/or complaint of goods at the request of the User or outside of the cases listed below are borne by the User!

BROCHURES AND NOTICES
7.1. When a User registers in the e-shop by creating a Profile on the Website, accepting the General Terms and Conditions, he agrees to receive brochures and/or notices from www.menew.eu as well as orders regarding his e-mail and mobile phone of goods and confirmations to change its data.
7.2. The User may opt out of receiving brochures and/or notifications by e-mail and mobile phone at any time:
7.2.1. By replying to the brochure and/or notice with the text UNSUBSCRIBE.
7.3. If, after opting out of receiving brochures and/or notifications, the User places an order, it is considered that he has again agreed to receive brochures and/or notifications.
